The dead sea Protection Government Company

The company was established in order to protect and maintain the Dead Sea beaches and touristic areas. The company manages a NIS 5,000,000,000 annual budget. Most of the initiated development projects are executed by contractors.
The core of the website is a tender management engine. It includes the following functions:

• Online registration of contractors – asking for a certified contractor's approval
• Management closed-list tenders
• Advertising an Exemption from a tender, if only one contractor is capable of executing the job.
• Distribution of RFPs – directed to a selected list of contractors or a segmented list.
• Password protected reach to full project files, containing every document related to the project (in some cases it can reach 10,000 pages).
• Announcement of the winning contractors

The multi-lingual website copes with the Israeli standard for government websites, and its content accessibility is enabled as requested by the Israeli AA standard.
